Our current beachfront project "Baan Talay Thai", on the East coast of Koh Chang, is well underway. 10 homes are completed or near completion. In the near future, other land purchasers are ready to start their homes. We have friendly families from around the world that plan to make this their home, or home-away-from-home. 

Foreigners are allowed to own homes (exclusive of land) in Thailand, and the parcels can be purchased outright (through a Thai business partnership) or leased (aggregate period of 90 years) to suit buyers circumstances and preferences. Please refer to The "Pricing" heading for prices.
