Our current beachfront project "Baan Talay Thai", on the East coast of Koh Chang, is well underway. Two Guest houses are completed and two homes are nearing completion (one of which is sold and the other is for our family). In the near future, other land purchasers are ready to start their homes. We still have several lots available, and are in the process of acquiring additional land to build some more homes. We have friendly families from around the world that plan to make this their home, or home-away-from-home. 

Foreigners are allowed to own homes (exclusive of land) in Thailand, and the parcels can be purchased outright (through a Thai business partnership) or leased (aggregate period of 90 years) to suit buyers circumstances and preferences. Please refer to The "Pricing" heading for prices.

 
We will provide completed house plans, as well as the supervision and construction for building the new homes. Buyers may customize one of our house plans, or design their own dream home. Progress payments would be made as the construction progresses according to percentage of completion. Buyers will have the option of selecting finishes and making changes as the work progresses. 

In developing this site as a well-planned and aesthetic community, we will oversee design and construction to make sure it is of the highest quality.
